Terms & Conditions:

How does the program work:

When you refer a friend: As a thank you gesture for referring your friend/family, we credit $50 to your account with us when your referred friend completes their first appointment.

Your Friend: It’s just not you, but your friend gets $50 towards their account because they have valued your word for our clinic, and we want to reward them for it! This credit would be available for them to use during their second appointment with us.

1. Eligibility:

a. The "Refer a Friend" program is open to existing patients of Waiata Shores Dental who meet the following criteria: 
i. Must be at least 18 years old.
ii. Must have received dental treatment at Waiata Shores Dental within the past 12 months.
b. Employees and immediate family members of Waiata Shores Dental are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Process:
a. Existing patients can refer friends by giving them a referral card or sharing a unique referral code.
b. The referred friend must present the referral card or provide the referral code at the time of their initial appointment with Waiata Shores Dental.

3. Referral Reward:
a. The referrer (existing patient) will receive a reward for each successful referral.
b. The reward will be provided in the form of a credit towards dental treatment at Waiata Shores Dental.
c. The value of the reward will be determined by Waiata Shores Dental and may be subject to change without prior notice.
d. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Referred Friend Criteria:
a. The referred friend must be a new patient and not have an existing or prior relationship with Waiata Shores Dental.
b. The referred friend must schedule and attend an initial appointment for dental treatment at Waiata Shores Dental.

5. Reward Fulfillment:
a. Referral rewards will be provided to the referrer once the referred friend has completed their initial appointment with Waiata Shores Dental.
b. The referrer will be notified about the reward, and it will be credited to their account.
c. The reward can be redeemed towards future dental treatments at Waiata Shores Dental and may be subject to expiration.

6. Program Changes and Termination:
a. Waiata Shores Dental reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the "Refer a Friend" program at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to existing patients via email, in-person notification, or on the clinic's website.

7. Compliance and Conduct:
a. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the referral process.
b. Referrers are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behaviour.
c. Waiata Shores Dental may disqualify referrers and/or referred friends if any violation of these terms and conditions is discovered.

8. General Terms:
a. Participation in the "Refer a Friend" program is voluntary, and patients are not obligated to participate.
b. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Waiata Shores Dental and the referrers regarding the referral program.
